- Verified crank no start, intermediate no crank. – Checked charging system, Found ok -Checked Fuel, found present from injectors -Checked spark, While removing ignition coil found excessive oil in chamber. Cleared out oil from cylinder chamber & attempted to start & found chamber would get full of oil. Checked spark from Igntion coil, Fund working properly. -Removed all spark plugs and found excessive oil in chambers. *Advised customer tear down is requested, Possible internal failure. *Customer approved tear down inspection of cylinder head, Found leaking valve seals
- Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
- VALVE SPRING OR SEAL – Remove & Replace – All – [DOES NOT include R&I Cylinder Head
